Course Completion Guide

To receive your Payment Link, your course must show 100% completion. This guide will walk you through how to confirm that all materials have been completed correctly.

The payment link is automatically sent by the system once your course progress reaches 100%.

1. Check Your Course Dashboard

After logging in, click "My Courses" from the left-hand menu.

Use this to locate the course you're currently working on.

2. Open the Course

Click the green "Continue" button under your course to go to the course overview.

3. Review the Progress Bar

Look at the progress bar under the course title. This must show 100% Complete for your payment link to be triggered.

(If you have registered to take more than one course, all courses registered as part of your PreTrial Intervention Program must be completed in order to receive a Payment Link.)

4. Open Course Material

Click Start to access the course content.

5. Complete All Sections

You must complete every listed section. Sections marked with a green checkmark are complete. Any section without a checkmark is still required.

6. Confirm You Reached the End

At the end of the course, you'll see a final screen confirming your progress. If you've completed all parts, the system will recognize your completion and email the payment link automatically.

Didn't Get Your Payment Link?

Make sure:

All sections show a checkmark ✅
Your progress bar reads 100% Complete
You’ve viewed each required screen and activity
